Bullseye Report 09-02-10 

What a great group! We had nine shooters come out this evening. One shot for practice only.

Like so many other shoots, the results do not tell the whole story. Our top shooter was Chris Geer with an Expert score of 274x6, the second spot went to Gene MacConaghy who managed a 268x4 while adjusting his scope on all three stages!! Now that he’s dialed-in, look for Gene to start moving up the score sheet. The third spot went to Dean Sutton, who put his Red Dot back on, and shot a 262x3. The #4 & #5 spots ended up being an “X” ring duel, with Dave Geer coming out on top.

Good stuff all around.. If you haven’t come out to check us out, plan on stopping by on a Thursday evening between 5 & 6:30PM. We’d like to meet you and encourage you to give Bullseye a try.

Bullseye Report 08-26-10 

Another Thursday shoot is in the books. We had eleven shooters come out, nine shot for score and two shot for practice. A lot of “tweaking” and adjusting went on and the result was: the top spot went to David Sawyer with a high Expert score of 284x8 (1 point under Master), followed by Dave Geer with a 255x4 then Richard Neamy slid in with a 252x5.

I’ll be looking forward to next week when we move the targets out to 75 feet and do it again..

I’ll be looking for new shooters in the coming weeks. If you are thinking about coming out, now is the right time. So, until I see you at the range, keep ‘em in the black.  Jack
